otice: New Feature Added – “Return Pickup Service”

Thank you for using CATtrans.

To make the handling of domestic return shipping fees within China smoother,
we have added a new “Return Pickup Service”!

Previous Return Process

Previously, returns followed the same process as regular packing and shipping:

  1. Select items
  2. Request packing
  3. Make payment
  4. Receive tracking number

However, this method incurs domestic return shipping fees in China.
In cases where the seller bears the return cost, reimbursement of these fees can be complicated.

※If the return is due to customer reasons and the shipping cost is borne by the customer, the previous method remains acceptable.

New Service: “Return Pickup Service”

With this option, return shipping fees borne by the seller can be handled more smoothly.

【Procedure】

  1. Select “上门取件” (Pickup Service) on Taobao or 1688’s return application page
  2. Enter the desired pickup date and time
    ※Please allow sufficient time and choose weekday business hours
  3. Log in to your CATtrans account
    ➡Open the “Package Details” page for the item you wish to return
    ➡Select “Return Pickup” from the service list on the right
    ➡Enter the pickup number (required)
  4. We will simply pack the item and place it in the pickup area

Important Notes (Please Read)

  • This service is based on “collect shipping” (seller bears the shipping cost)
  • After pickup, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or return of the package
    (Once picked up, the package is under the courier company’s responsibility)

Recommended for

  • Customers who find it troublesome to advance and settle domestic return shipping fees when sellers bear the cost
  • Customers who want to reduce return processing time and return items to sellers quickly
