CATtrans is an international logistics forwarding company. Customers only need to send their goods to our designated warehouse within China, and we will inspect, store, safeguard, package, pack, and ship them to your designated overseas address on their behalf!

You only need to pay for international shipping, without any handling fees or fixed fees. The paid value-added service items will only be charged after you use them.

We support single item, multiple item, and multiple item split packaging to meet customers’ one-stop dropshipping needs. Diversified value-added services and sound regulations provide customers with a more efficient, secure, and reliable service experience, helping them achieve business growth and long-term development.

What you need to know

  1. Currently, only 25 countries are supported for shipping. Please confirm if the countries you want to send to are included.
  2. The payment method currently only supports PayPal online payment. Please make sure to confirm if it is available in your country.
  3. Usually, we can receive express packages 365 days a year. For non home delivery logistics, we will also contact you in advance during holidays. There is no need to worry. For logistics arranged by customers themselves, please try to deliver within working hours or contact us in advance for work orders.
  4. If tariffs and related handling fees are incurred, customers need to bear them themselves. If the delivery cannot be returned or reassigned due to address issues or other reasons, you will be responsible for any related expenses incurred. Please be aware.
  5. We are only responsible for the transportation of the package and do not assume any responsibility for any issues with the package itself. The product names and quantities displayed by the system are for customs declaration purposes and may not match the actual package contents for reference only.
  6. It is prohibited to transport any counterfeit or prohibited items according to national regulations. If the package contains battery liquid powder, please inform us proactively.
  7. Products containing batteries, magnets, liquids, powders, and other specifications are only available on the Japanese standard product line, and cannot be transported to other countries. Please be informed.
  8. Regarding freight collect, in principle, there is no limit if the customer’s balance is sufficient. If it is not enough, there should be no more than 2 times per month and no more than 20 yuan per time.
    Note that cash on delivery requires prior contact from the customer, otherwise it will be rejected.

Client operation process and simple instructions

Transfer system

Regarding the system structure, the goods received by the warehouse are stored in units of packages and can be viewed in the package list. Each package contains goods, and customers can split the package into multiple items. After the customer selects a package or item and applies for packaging, an order will be generated, which can be viewed in the order list. Each order can contain one or more packages or items.

Brief explanation of package, order, and cost flow

  1. After the package is delivered to the warehouse, the delivery personnel (not warehouse staff) scan the code and enter it into the system.
    Prove that the package has been signed for. If your package has been pre logged in, the status of the package will change from ‘booked’ to ‘awaiting storage’.
  2. The staff unpacks, counts the goods, takes photos, and enters them into the system to generate a unique package ID.
    Remove the outer packaging (courier bag or damaged corrugated cardboard box) and place the product in an OPP bag. If the packaging itself is good or not suitable for OPP bag packaging, it can be directly stored. At this time, the package status is in storage. In the inventory status, customers can set declaration data such as product name, material, quantity, and unit price, as well as apply for value-added services such as detailed inspection, photography, or packaging.
  3. After the customer applies for packaging, an order will be generated with a status of pending packaging. The shipping address must be entered when applying for packaging. Because the international shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination country after packaging. The staff packages according to the packages included in the order. Once packaging begins, value-added services and mobile to other order functions will be unavailable, and the package status will be pending delivery.
  4. After completing the package, the order status changes to pending payment and the package status changes to ‘shipped’. At the same time, calculate the international shipping cost of the available logistics for the shipping address. Customers can specify the logistics when applying for packaging, or specify or change it after packaging is completed.
    Note that the declared data cannot be modified after the package has been shipped out.
  5. After successful payment, the order status changes to pending shipment. The staff reviews the invoice data, handles the shipping procedures, and uploads the international waybill number.   6. If you receive the package, you can confirm receipt on the order list page. Automatically confirm receipt within 20 days from the default shipment date. Within 5 days of confirming receipt, you can apply for an extension of receipt. After confirming receipt, the order status changes to signed for.

All fees related to value-added services for packages or orders, as well as international shipping fees, are reflected in your bill in the form of services.

The package service fee is the collect shipping fee and value-added service fee. If not used, the package service fee is 0. The order service fee is the value-added service fee and international shipping fee corresponding to the order.

Payment method

The payment method currently only supports Paypal online payment. Please make sure to confirm if your country can use it. The address filled in on the Paypal payment page must be consistent with the actual recipient address.

The system uses CNY as the currency, and when using Palpal for payment, it is necessary to convert it to USD through the system exchange rate for payment. When using PayPal for payment, you need to bear the official handling fee charged by PayPal, which is currently 4.4% of the payment amount.

When will the payment be made?

  • After the packaging is completed, the international shipping fee will be calculated, and the relevant fees will be paid on the order management list page.
  • Value added service fees related to non transit goods need to be paid separately or deducted when they reach a certain amount, such as warehouse leasing.
  • After activating the recharge function, customers can pre recharge and we can use it once we confirm receipt.

If there is a lag or abnormality during PayPal online recharge, causing the page to close, please contact customer service to check if the payment was successful. Please do not submit again!

The concept of packages and orders
The goods received by the warehouse are entered into the system by package unit, which we refer to as packages. This refers to the goods that have not yet been packaged and shipped, and are stored in the warehouse.
After applying for packaging, an order will be generated, and each order can contain one or more packages. We manage them by order number, and each order corresponds to an address to be shipped.

What is value-added service

Value added service is a paid service for packages or orders, which is free of charge if not used!
Usually, after receiving a package, we do not inspect the goods for defects, missing items, or shortages. If purchased from the Taobao platform, there is a high possibility of problems. If a detailed inspection is not carried out before returning the goods overseas, it will incur significant costs, and even if the goods have been automatically confirmed as received for too long, they cannot be returned.

Especially for high-value products, it is recommended to use paid services for detailed inspection or photography. The use of value-added services can be set up in the package details after the package arrives and is entered into the system!

What are prohibited items, and which ones can be released and which ones cannot?

In international logistics, prohibited goods refer to items that are prohibited from transportation, usually due to their potential safety, legal, or health risks.
The specific definition varies depending on the country and mode of transportation, but generally includes the following categories.

Dangerous goods
Flammable, explosive, corrosive, radioactive or toxic substances, such as gasoline, explosives, sulfuric acid, etc.
weapons and ammunition
Firearms, ammunition, explosive devices and their accessories.
Drugs and controlled substances
Illegal drugs, controlled substances (such as anesthetics, psychotropic substances), and related chemicals.
Counterfeit and infringing products

The regulated product channels have been professionally handled. Small quantities and individual types of goods can be shipped. At present, the regulated product channel only operates on the Japanese route, which includes charged, magnetized, liquid, powder, etc.
The logistics EMS, E-Express, and E-Postal Code used by other countries prohibit the sending of all regulated goods such as electric, magnetic, liquid, powder, etc.

When customs inspect and identify prohibited items, it may result in fines, confiscation of goods, or criminal penalties.
Please confirm in advance whether it is a prohibited item. If it cannot be confirmed, please contact customer service in advance. After we receive the goods, we will conduct a preliminary inspection, but we cannot rule out the possibility of omission.

How to handle not allowing shipment, domestic return shipping process and fees

If you wish to return the item, or if it is identified as a regulated product and cannot be shipped to the country you specify, you can choose to send the return to the seller’s address within China or to another domestic transit warehouse that can be carried. Tips
