【Update Details】
1.New Top-Up Feature
A top-up feature will be added to the “Financial” management page.
Top-up Amount: Fixed at CNY 500 per transaction
Payment Method: Amount converted from CNY to USD and paid via PAYPAL
2.Introduction of “Fast Delivery” Option
A new “Fast Delivery” option will be available when you “Submit for Packing”.
If your account balance is sufficient, the international shipping fee will be automatically deducted once packing is complete, and your parcel will be dispatched immediately.
This eliminates the need for manual payment, streamlining the process and ensuring faster shipment.
※Important Notes※
- If your selected shipping method is unavailable or not chosen, the system will automatically apply a method in the following order and deduct the fee: OCS → E-Packet → EMS → Sensitive Goods Channel.
- As shipments are processed immediately after payment, shipping addresses and invoice information cannot be changed. Please double-check all details before submission.
- During the update, you might experience temporary system instability or difficulty accessing the site. Please rest assured that this is temporary.
