Grey: 【Pending】
Meaning: We have not yet started processing the package.
Example: Package has arrived at the warehouse but has not yet been checked in and inspected.
Blue: 【Processing】
Meaning: Our staff is currently working on the package.
Example: Undergoing inspection, weighing, photo-taking, or packaging based on customer requests.
Yellow: 【Action Required (Awaiting Customer)】
Meaning: Your confirmation or action is required. Please take action to proceed to the next step.
Example: Awaiting service selection/confirmation, awaiting shipment request, or requires information confirmation.
Red: 【Urgent Action Required】
Meaning: An issue has been detected, and your urgent action is required.
Example: Detection of dangerous goods, incomplete address, insufficient payment, or requires confirmation for restricted items.
By utilizing these color codes, you can instantly see which stage your package is in and take quick action. We encourage you to use this feature.
