Regarding the address format for shipping to our warehouse, we would like to ask everyone to check if you have any of the following issues.
We ask customers to add an identification code (e.g., test) at the end of the address. However, due to incorrect formatting, the OCR (automatic recognition system) is unable to read it properly.
Here’s the issue:
Correct format：浙江省杭州市西湖区三墩镇西园三路10号迪威1-B401室（test）
Incorrect example：浙江省杭州市西湖区三墩镇西园三路10号迪威1-B401室test
Normally, the identification code should be enclosed in parentheses like (test). If the parentheses are missing, the OCR cannot recognize it, and the package must be entered manually. This increases processing time and raises the possibility of errors.
Please take a moment to check whether your shipping address is correct! If you find it’s in the wrong format, simply copy and paste the correct forwarding address shown on the homepage — no manual changes needed.
