[New Feature] Change Shipping Address Now Available!

Thank you for using CATtrans.

We have listened to your feedback and are excited to announce the launch of our new “Change Shipping Address” feature!

■ When Can You Change the Address?
This feature is available for orders with an “Unpaid” status.
(Please note: Addresses cannot be changed for orders that have already been paid for.)

■ How to Change Your Address

Go to “Order Management” and find the order you wish to modify.

Click the “Change Address” button for that specific order.

Select your desired new address from the shipping address list.

■ Important Notes

The address list will only show addresses that are in the same country as the order’s destination.
(e.g., For an order being shipped to Japan, only your registered Japanese addresses will be displayed.)

To use a new address, please register it first in “My Account” > “Shipping Address Management” .
After registering, refresh the page, and the new address will appear in the selection list.

■ Support for Multiple Boxes & Multiple Orders
With this update, even if you consolidate items into multiple boxes and generate separate orders, you can now set a different shipping address for each order.
This offers greater flexibility for various shipping needs.
