- For regulated items (including batteries, liquids, etc.), which require special handling, the deadline is earlier.
- Final shipping arrangement deadline: Thursday, February 5, 2026. We strongly recommend arranging shipments well in advance.
- During the holiday, our website and member system will remain accessible, and inquiries can still be submitted via the contact form.
- However, all inquiries and operations will be processed sequentially starting from Tuesday, February 24, 2026, after the holiday.
