We are pleased to announce the addition of a new “Contact Notes” feature on the “Pre-Registration for Parcel Forwarding” page.

【New Feature Details】
You can now provide simple instructions regarding parcel inspection before your package arrives at our warehouse.

Examples:

  • “Do not open the package (contents: color samples, badges).”
  • “Please take photos of the items.”
    You may specify any inspection-related requests in advance.

【Important Notes】
1.Non-Applicable Requests

  • Requests unrelated to inspection (e.g., “Please reinforce packaging”) may not be communicated properly.
  • For other services (e.g., detailed inspection, repacking), please select the corresponding paid options separately.

2.Free Service Limitations

  • Your requests will be processed free of charge, but we cannot be held responsible if they are not fulfilled.
  • Additional fees may apply if the workload is significant.

3.For Guaranteed Execution

  • We recommend using the “Detailed Inspection (Paid)” service.
