Thank you for always using and supporting CATtrans.

We are pleased to announce that we will be performing system maintenance to improve functionality and enhance user experience. Please note that some client-side features will be updated as described below.

■ Maintenance Schedule

June 24, 2026 (Wednesday) 10:00 – 12:00 (JST)
※ Please note that the maintenance may be delayed depending on the progress of the work.

■ Main Updates

  1. Invoice Editing Restriction Changes

Invoice editing from the “Package Details” page will be discontinued.

Invoice confirmation and editing will only be available from the “Order Details” page, and only while the order status is “Unpaid” .

Please be aware that invoices cannot be edited after payment or shipment.

  1. Automatic Calculation of Default Package Value (Declared Value)

Previously, declared values were entered manually. Going forward, a default value will be automatically calculated by the system.

New calculation formula: Package weight (kg) × 0.85 USD
※ Example: 2.0kg package → default value = 1.70 USD

Please note that the coefficient “0.85 USD” is subject to change without prior notice.

  1. Please Confirm the Value Before Payment

The default value above is for reference only. If it does not match the actual product value, or if you wish to set a different amount, please make sure to modify it from the “Order Details” page while the status is “Unpaid” .

No changes can be made after payment has been completed.

■ Important Notes

During the maintenance period, you may experience temporary inability to log in or access certain functions. We appreciate your understanding.
