We have received notification today from our international logistics partner, OCS, that their domestic delivery carrier in Japan, “Sagawa Express,” is experiencing nationwide delivery delays due to a sudden and significant increase in shipment volume.
Consequently, delivery times for all parcels shipped via the OCS (with Sagawa Express handling domestic Japan delivery) route may be longer than usual.
【Current Situation and Impact】
- At present, delivery delays of approximately one week are anticipated. Depending on future shipment volumes, delays may be further extended.
- Even if a delivery date/time was specified, it may not be possible to deliver as scheduled.
- (Reference) As stated in Sagawa Express’s official announcement, this situation is due to “significant delivery delays caused by a shipment increase far exceeding forecasts.”

- Checking Delivery Status: You can check the current delivery status of your parcel by using the tracking number (inquiry number) on the OCS or Sagawa Express parcel tracking service.
- For Urgently Needed Shipments: If you have goods that require urgent delivery, please consider selecting EMS (Postal) or other available shipping options. Please feel free to contact us for consultation before shipping.
