Clarification on “Package” and “Order”

荷物管理

Thank you for your continued support and trust in CATtrans.
To help you better understand and use our services, we would like to clarify the definitions and management methods of “Package” and “Order” on our platform.

About “Package”

Each individual parcel sent to our warehouse is defined as a “Package”.

  • You can view and manage your packages in the 【Package Manage】 section.
  • A single “Package” may contain one or multiple items.
  • We offer optional value-added services based on each “Package”.

Examples: Arrival photo service, detailed inspection, unpacking (splitting parcels), tag removal, etc.

About “Order”

When you request “Packing” for shipment, a shipping unit is created, which is defined as an “Order”.

  • You can view and manage delivery address, shipping method, tracking number, and other details in the 【Order Manage】 section.
  • One “Order” can include one or multiple “Packages” (combined packing).
  • We offer optional value-added services based on each “Order”.

Examples: Reinforced packaging, compression packaging, etc.

CATtrans’s system manages your items based on two key concepts: individual “Packages” arriving at the warehouse and “Orders” being prepared for shipment.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
We look forward to continuing to serve you.
