You can check the latest version of the service terms in CATtrans and also remind you to keep an eye on the updates of the service terms on the CATtrans platform to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes. After modifying the terms of service, if you do not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by Cattrans. Your continued use of the services provided by Cattrans will be considered as acceptance of the modified terms of service.
1、 Scope of Service Terms
The ownership and operation rights of the relevant registered user services belong to CATtrans Hangzhou Yinfan Trading Co., Ltd. The services provided must be executed in accordance with its published service articles, terms, and operating standards, and also represent that the relevant users have reached an agreement with CATtrans and accepted all their service terms.
2、 Information collection and use
When you use CATtrans services, we may need to collect and use two types of your personal information:
- To achieve the basic functions of providing our services to you, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to register, log in, or use our services normally;
- To achieve the additional functionality of providing you with our services, you may choose to individually agree or disagree with the information we collect and use. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the desired functional effects, which will not affect your use of our basic functions.
We guarantee your right to know and choose during installation or use in accordance with the law. During your use of CATtrans services, services related to the built-in functions of your device will obtain your consent in advance. Once confirmed, CATtrans has the right to enable necessary auxiliary functions, including but not limited to collecting geographical locations, reading contacts, using cameras, enabling recording, etc.
The information collected and used includes but is not limited to your name, contact information, and other basic information, and you agree that the use of the aforementioned information will be subject to the constraints of Article 3 “User Information Protection”.

4、 User rights and obligations
- You have the right to log in to the CATtrans website and access, correct, and supplement your personal information.
- You have the right to contact online customer service and request account cancellation. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
- In certain business functions, we may only make decisions based on non manual automatic decision-making mechanisms, including algorithms. If these decisions affect your legitimate rights and interests, you can contact us through customer service.
- All information you provide to CATtrans should be true, accurate, and not misleading. You understand and agree that you have an obligation to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.
- You are not allowed to use your registered account or CATtrans services to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of CATtrans, as well as infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
- You are not allowed to copy, copy, sell, resell or use any part of the CATtrans service or the content used or obtained by CATtrans service for any other commercial purpose.
- You are fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and validity of the information transmitted through your CATtrans account or CATtrans service. Any legal responsibility related to the information you disseminate shall be borne by you and shall not be related to CATtrans. If any damage is caused to CATtrans or any third party as a result, you shall compensate in accordance with the law, and CATtrans will also reserve the legal responsibility to pursue the relevant users and users.
- You are responsible for all behavioral outcomes under your account, including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information.
5、 Information storage
CATtrans does not set a limit on the amount of information transmitted. We have taken reasonable and feasible security measures that comply with industry standards to protect your information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. In addition, please protect your personal information properly, only provide it to others when necessary, and do not trust transactions through other trading tools, To prevent information from being stolen or even facing online fraud.
6、 Exemption from liability
- The product information provided by CATtrans will try to reproduce the real situation as much as possible, but due to various factors such as the surrounding environment, shooting angle, and equipment differences during the shooting process, we cannot guarantee that it will be exactly the same as the actual product sample.
- CATtrans will purchase the designated products on your designated platform. If the platform you specify displays out of stock, price changes, delayed delivery, inconsistency between actual product samples and website product information, abnormal goods, or other uncontrollable factors, resulting in the inability to complete the purchase, we will communicate and coordinate with you in a timely manner. CATtrans will not be responsible for any losses caused to you.
- If the products purchased by CATtrans on your behalf involve after-sales issues (such as missing items, damage, defects, etc.), we will promptly handle them for you.
- CATtrans is not responsible for any losses or consequences caused by your active disclosure of your CATtrans account or your actions such as being attacked or defrauded by others. You should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial remedies and other means.
7、 Prohibited behavior
CATtrans services cannot be used for the following activities:
(1) Violation of any laws, regulations, laws or regulations.
(2) Related to transactions involving:
(a) Anesthetics, steroids, certain regulated drugs, or other products that may endanger consumer safety;
(b) Drug paraphernalia;
(c) Cigarettes;
(d) Unlicensed cannabis or other psychoactive plants;
(e) Nutrition, vitamins, supplements, herbs, subscription based natural health products;
(f) Items that incite, facilitate, and guide others to participate in illegal activities;
(g) Stolen items, including digital and virtual items;
(h) Items that incite hatred, violence, racial or other forms of prejudice, or profit from criminal activities;
(i) Items considered obscene;
(j) Infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights or any other ownership rights stipulated by the laws of any jurisdiction;
(k) Certain pornographic materials or services;
(l) Ammunition, weapons, or certain weapon components or accessories, or
(m) Certain weapons or knives that are regulated by applicable laws.
(3) Related to the following transactions:
(a) Violation of applicable laws when displaying third-party personal information;
(b) Support pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, matrix schemes, other “get rich quickly” schemes, or certain multi-level offline pyramid schemes;
(c) Transactions related to the purchase of annuities or lottery contracts, prepayment purchase systems, overseas banking services, or debt financing or refinancing transactions funded by credit cards;
(d) Selling certain items before the seller controls or owns them;
(e) The payment processor receives payments on behalf of the merchant;
(f) Related to the sale of traveler’s checks or bills of exchange;
(g) Involving currency exchange or check redemption business;
(h) Involving certain credit repair or debt repayment services, credit card transactions or insurance activities, or
(i) Involving the provision or receipt of funds related to bribery or corruption.
(4) The sale of products or services identified by government agencies as likely to be suspected of fraud.
You are legally responsible for your actions during the use of CATtrans services. The forms in which you assume legal responsibility include but are not limited to: compensating the victim, and after CATtrans assumes legal responsibility for administrative penalties or infringement damages caused by its user behavior, you should provide CATtrans with equal compensation, as well as other losses suffered by CATtrans as a result.
8、 Compensation liability
- If your actions cause losses to CATtrans and/or its affiliates (including direct economic losses, loss of goodwill, and indirect economic losses such as compensation, settlement payments, attorney fees, preservation insurance fees, litigation costs, etc.), you shall compensate CATtrans and/or its affiliates for all the aforementioned losses.
- If your behavior causes CATtrans and/or its affiliates to suffer from third-party claims (including but not limited to sellers on platforms such as Taobao and 1688), CATtrans and/or its affiliates may recover all losses from you after assuming obligations such as monetary payment to the third party.
9、 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- These service agreements, as well as any separate agreements we provide to you, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Chinese law.
- Any disputes arising from your use of CATtrans services and related to CATtrans services shall be resolved through negotiation between CATtrans and you. When negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court with jurisdiction in the place where the agreement is signed.
