Usage Guide

CATtrans is an international logistics forwarding company. Customers only need to send their goods to our designated warehouse, and we will inspect, package, pack, and ship them to your designated foreign address on their behalf.

You only need to pay for international shipping and there are no fixed fees for other handling fees.Paid value-added services will only be charged after you use them.

The customer needs to prepare the goods themselves and send them to our warehouse one by one.

Payment method

You can choose PayPal payment, and with a PayPal account, you can bind it to a credit or savings card for payment. Regarding PAYPAL, please refer to the official website

When will payment be made?

  • After packaging is completed, international shipping fees will be calculated. Please pay the relevant fees at that time.
  • Value added service fees related to non transshipment goods need to be paid separately when a certain amount is reached, such as warehouse leasing.

Regarding returns and exchanges

When shopping from online stores such as Taobao or 1688 and directly shipping to our warehouse, if you want to return or exchange goods, you can refer to the following process

Select the goods to be returned or exchanged, and submit for packaging.

Specify the domestic logistics in China for the transportation method and fill in the return address.

After shipment, the waybill number will be uploaded and used to complete the platform return procedure.

In case of exchange, the merchant will resend the package to our warehouse, and it will be processed as new goods and enter the normal process.

  • Inspection of goods, visual inspection for any damage, etc
  • Take photos as a background, usually 3 types (main product image/waybill/receiving status outer box)
  • Divide the goods based on the minimum packaging, and package them separately
  • Generate a unique barcode and paste it
  • Inventory and shelving verification
  • The final system inputs the following three pieces of data
  • Customers can select single or multiple items to be shipped, and enter the quantity to achieve overseas shipping
  • When individual customers do not want to split their small packages during transportation, they can skip the third step of independent packaging, generate barcodes, paste them, and store them in the warehouse,Generate a product data from the system (or apply for segmentation afterwards).

If you purchase through an online store and send it directly to our warehouse, you can check whether the seller has made any mistakes or missed shipments based on the product data entered in the system. If there are any problems, you can handle them as soon as possible. And these are all free basic services!

What are the prohibited items for shipment?

For goods that are uncertain whether they can be shipped overseas, please make sure to check the relevant website of the destination country for prohibited products before mailing them to our warehouse. You can also consult our customer service.

We do not assume any risks or losses caused by prohibited products!

Regarding tariffs

For some products, there may inevitably be certain customs risks (such as less likely returns, fines, taxes, etc.), which will be borne by you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Declaration related

Please refer to the tariff threshold and logistics transportation experience of various countries for reasonable declaration (users can choose to declare the goods independently or declare vaguely when submitting packages).

Tips

The probability of packages being taxed depends on the frequency of customs inspections and the impact of policies. Please refer to the “tariff threshold points for different countries” for details. For customs related risks (such as returning packages, fines, and paying taxes), you will be responsible for them. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In addition, if your product is heavy or has a high value, it will increase the probability of customs inspection. We suggest that you try to avoid situations where the package is too heavy or there are too many similar products.
